{"id":40,"date":"2026-07-02T03:29:38","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T03:29:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lattay.com.ar\/recetas\/?p=40"},"modified":"2026-07-02T16:23:17","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T16:23:17","slug":"un-clasico-italiano-berenjenas-a-la-parmigiana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lattay.com.ar\/recetas\/un-clasico-italiano-berenjenas-a-la-parmigiana\/","title":{"rendered":"Un cl\u00e1sico italiano: Berenjenas a la parmigiana!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Berenjena a la Parmigiana (sin gluten)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 berenjenas medianas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml de salsa de tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 a 250 g de mozzarella en rodajas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de queso parmesano rallado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 a 5 cucharadas de harina sin gluten (harina de arroz o premezcla)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimienta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hojas de albahaca fresca (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortar las berenjenas en rodajas de aproximadamente 1 cm de espesor. Espolvorear con sal y dejar reposar durante 30 a 40 minutos. Secar con papel de cocina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasar cada rodaja por harina sin gluten y luego por huevo batido con sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fre\u00edr ligeramente las rodajas en aceite de oliva o, si se prefiere una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s liviana, hornearlas a 200 \u00b0C durante 15 a 20 minutos con un poco de aceite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una fuente para horno colocar una capa de salsa de tomate, una capa de berenjenas, mozzarella y queso parmesano.
